RESPONSIBILITIES OF FRANCHISE PROMOTION PARTNER
- 1. To activate the franchise designate company within a state or region.
- 2. Creating awareness for the Hectare by Hectare Programme within the territory.
BENEFITS
- 1. You shall be entitled to N500,000 (or its equivalent in the respective local currency) as promotional fee when the company is fully operational.

- 3. You shall be entitled to 2.5% of net income due to the national operating company for every transaction within the territory

- 1. Facilitating the setting up of a HBH Community Franchise Cooperative (CFC).
- 2. Creating awareness for the Hectare by Hectare programme within the community.
BENEFIT
- 10% of net income accruable to ADCL on every transaction under the programme within the Community.

LOCAL LOGISTICS PROVIDER
Do you want to be a Logistic Provider?
Do you have an existing logistics business?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. The logistics provider shall be responsible for management of Adasomi Logistics Services. With the aid of Adasomi Logistics software Application, the Logistics partner shall be responsible the acceptance and delivery of goods within the territory.rovider
- 2. The logistics provider shall be responsible for training and onboarding of local logistics providers within the territory.
- 3. The logistics provider shall be responsible for the management of all the local logistics providers within the territory.
- 4. The logistics provider shall be responsible for carrying out due diligence on prospective logistics providers within the territory before on boarding them.
- 5. The logistics provider shall provide customer support services for the logistics business within the territory.
BENEFIT
- As a logistics provider you shall be entitled to 20% of gross income earned by Adasomi Logistics Limited within your territory.
03.
SUB-AGGREGATOR

Do you want to be a Sub-Aggregator under the Hectare by Hectare programme?
RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Establishment of Hectare by Hectare consumer cooperative societies.

2. Provide liaison services to the Hectare by Hectare cooperative group established by you.
- 3. Source for premium discount off-take contracts.
- 4. Organize, supervise and evaluate community services performed by the Hectare by Hectare agents cooperatives established by you.
- 5. Be responsible for creating awareness for the members of cooperative group established by you.
- 6. Shall be entitled to source and introduce proxy farmers for projects to be advertised under the programme.
BENEFITS
- 1. 10% of administrative fee payable by members of the cooperative managed by you for any transaction they participate in.
- 2. 5% of net income due on every premium discount contract introduced by you.
- 3. 70% of business development fee for every item ordered from any stakeholder introduced by you to the programme.
- 4. 30% of aggregation fee due to ADCL for each time a supply is made to any off-taker secured by you.
- 5. You shall also be entitled to an agreed consultancy fee each time a supply is made to any off-taker secured by you
- 6. 20% of monthly gross income to be earned by the cooperative for items purchased by members under the buy and get paid/referral initiatives.
- 7. Agency fee of N45,000.00 (Forty Five Thousand Naira) per lot for every proxy farmer successfully introduced by you.
- 8. 20% of every Administrative fee payable by any stakeholder introduced by you to the programme.
- 9. 2% of yearly net income from every farm lot owned by Proxy Farmers introduced by you.
- 10. The right to set up 1(one) Hectare by Hectare Out-growers Cooperative and 1 (one) Hectare by Hectare Agents Cooperative Society.

FOOD VENDOR
Are you a Food Vendor?

- 1. As an input provider, you shall earn profit for every input supplied by you.

06.
OFF-TAKE AGGREGATOR
- Do you know any Food Processor within or outside the country?
- Do you know any Poultry or livestock farmer within the country?
- Do you know any large off-taker of food and agricultural raw material within or outside the country?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Sourcing and securing food processors within and outside the country who require and can off-take agricultural raw materials.
- 2. Sourcing and securing poultry or livestock farmers within the country who require processed or raw agricultural raw materials.
- 3. Sourcing and securing any large off-taker of food and agricultural raw materials within or outside the country.
BENEFITS
- 1. You shall be entitled to 30% of aggregation fee due to ADCL each time a supply is made to any Off-taker secured by you.
- 2. As an Off-take Aggregator, you shall be entitled to an agreed consultancy fee each time a supply is made to any off-taker secured by you.
07.
WAREHOUSING PARTNER
Can you provide relevant warehousing services under the Hectare by Hectare programme?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Providing and maintaining hygienically certified warehouse/produce collection centre(s) .
- 2. Packaging of produce to approved specifications where required.
- 3. Delivery of produce to secondary off-takers/end users.
BENEFITS
- 1. As a Warehousing Partner, you shall be entitled to a fee payable on the produce stored in your warehouse.
- 2. You shall be entitled to demurrage charged on any goods stored in your warehouse where applicable.
08.
FARM ESTATE MANAGER
Do you have a degree in Agriculture?
Do you have experience in farm estate management?
Do you have experience in agricultural extension services?
RESPONSIBILITY
- Management and supervision of any Hectare by Hectare farm estate within or outside your territory.
BENEFITS
- 1. As a Farm Estate Manager, you shall earn monthly salary and allowances for every Farm Estate Managed by you.
- 2. You shall be entitled to 1.5% of net profit per farm lot for every farm estate managed by you.
09.
RESIDENT FARMER
Are you a young graduate with interest in agriculture?
RESPONSIBILITY
- Management and maintenance of a maximum of 10 farm lots within a farm estate in your community or a neighbouring community.
BENEFITS
- 1. You shall be entitled to 10% of net income for every farm lot managed by you.
- 2. You and your farm hands shall be entitled to monthly stipends for the maintenance of your farm lots.
11.
LAND OWNER
Do you own a large expanse of land, suitable for the establishment of a farm estate?
(Minimum size for livestock – 50 hectares, Minimum size for crops – 300 hectares)
RESPONSIBILITY
- Contribution of the land as equity for the development of a farm estate.
BENEFITS
- 1. As a landowner, you shall be entitled to a minimum sum of N25,000 for farm lots within the farm estate as deposit for farming right.
- 2. As a Land Owner you shall be entitled to 5% gross income from proceeds of harvest from each farm lot within the farm estate.
- 3. Your host community shall be entitled to 5.5% of profit to be earned from each farm lot within the farm estate.
10.
STATE LIAISON PARTNER/LEAD EXTERNAL SOLICITOR
Are you a solicitor/legal practitioner with a minimum of 10years practice experience?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Provision of corporate governance services under the Hectare by Hectare Programme within your territory
- 2. Provision of all necessary liaison services for ADCL within your territory.
- 3. Provision of legal services for ADCL within your territory.
BENEFITS
- 1. 40% of the total legal fees accruing to all the external solicitors within the territory.
- 2. 2.5% of total net yearly income due to ADCL in respect of the programme within the territory.
12.
COMMUNITY FRANCHISE ADMINISTRATOR
Do you have what it takes to be a community franchise administrator under the Hectare by Hectare Programme?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1.As a Community Franchise Administrator you shall be primarily responsible for the day to day administration and implementation of the programme within your community.
- 2. You shall be responsible for the day to day management of Adasomi Logistics within your community.
- 3. You shall be responsible for onboarding HBH stakeholders within your community.
- 4. You shall be responsible for training and awareness creation for all participants and stakeholders within your community.
BENEFITS
- 1. As a Community Franchise Administrator shall be entitled to a basic monthly allowance and a monthly transport allowance.
- 2. You shall be entitled to a monthly performance allowance.
- 3. You shall be entitled to 5% to be earned from any premium discount contract secured directly by you.
- 4. 2.5% of monthly income to be earned by the community franchise cooperative on every transaction within your community.
- 5. You shall be entitled to 2.5% of monthly income to be earned by ADCL on every transaction within your community.

VALUE PARTNER

RESPONSIBILITY
- Provision of funds for investment in any REVACOM Food Court(s) under the Hectare by Hectare programme.
BENEFITS
- 1. 10% net income for every plate of food sold under the hectare by hectare food courts where you invested.
- 2. 1.5% net income for every beverage sold in any REVACOM food court where you invest.
14.
EXPORT CONSOLIDATOR
Are you interested in being a consolidator for the export of produce?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Facilitation of produce export from Nigeria and other African countries.
- 2. Consolidation of produce shipped from Nigeria and other African countries.
- 3. Provision of storage/warehousing services for every exported produce under the Hectare by Hectare programme.
BENEFIT
- You shall earn consolidation fee for every shipment handled by you.
15.
FOOD PROCESSOR
Are you a food processor?
Do you want to expand your sales?
BENEFITS
- 1. A guaranteed off-take of large volume of processed food.
- 2. Access to financing through low interest loan and grants.
- 3. Regular training specially designed for food processors.
- 4. Our Farm-to-Home Agents shall become the Food Processors brand ambassadors and will carry out volunteering services in the name of Food Processor and at any location(s) of Food Processor’s choice within the country. These volunteering services will receive extensive media coverage and shall include but not limited to; tree planting (economic trees), basic health, Agricultural extension services etc.
- 5. Advertisement of the Food Processors business on the Adasomi Transaction Platforms. 18.
PROXY FARMER
Are you interested in investing in agriculture from the comfort of your home without physically participating in farming?
BENEFITS
- 1. Opportunity to invest and own a farm lot(s) in any Hectare by Hectare farm estate within Africa.
- 2. You will be granted a minimum of 10 years farming right.
- 3. You will not be required to make any upfront payment for actual farming of your lot(s).
- 4. What is required is your undertaking to pay upon our performance.
- 5. You can sit in the comfort of your home/office and out technical team and resident farmers will raise funds, farm and manage the farm lot(s) on your behalf.
- 6. Projected minimum guaranteed yield for each farming circle is insured by the Nigerian Agricultural Insurance Corporation and participating insurance providers in respective African countries.
- 8. You shall be entitled to N45,000 per lot for each proxy farmer successfully introduced by you.
19.
FUNDS AGGREGATOR
Are you interested in becoming a Funds Aggregator under the Hectare by Hectare Programme?
Can you aggregate low interest loans or grants from deposit banks, development finance institutions and donors?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Sourcing of funds from participating banks and development institutions for Resident Farmers towards the actual development and cultivation of farm lots.
- 2. Sourcing of bridging loans for Proxy Farmers from participating banks and development institutions.
BENEFITS
- 1. A fund aggregation fee of not less than N20,000 per lot for any fund aggregated by you from any bank or development institution towards the actual development of farms lots in any Hectare by Hectare Farm Estate.

20.
LAND AGGREGATOR
Do you have the capacity to aggregate land in rural communities under the Hectare by Hectare programme?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Sourcing and securing of land for the development of farm estates.
- 2. Sourcing and securing of properties for the development of food courts.
- 3. Sourcing and securing land for the development of processing plants and silos.
- 4. Provide financing for preliminary expenses that are for required for the projects e.g. travels, logistics, hotel accommodation, preliminary survey cost, soil test, mobilization fee for professional services (legal/financial intermediation, architecture, survey, engineering), public relations and other miscellaneous expenses.
BENEFITS
- 1. You shall be entitled to 70% of agency fee from the initial lease rental payable to the land owners on each farm within the farm estates to be developed on any land successfully introduced by the Land Aggregator.
- 2. You shall be entitled to agency fee for any property successfully introduced by you for the development of a food court.
- 3. You shall be entitled to 10% of the amount paid for any plate of food sold and 1% of the price of any beverage sold within the food court developed on any property successfully introduced by you.
