A prospective Farm to Home Agent must:

  • Possess a minimum qualification of WAEC or its equivalent.


  1. Complete a Farm To Home Agent Form and submit online
  2. Make a deposit of N3,500(Registration, training, and administrative fee) into the account details as shown below:

  • Your registration as a Farm To Home Agent shall qualify you to become a member of any Hectare by hectare cooperative group nearest to you. As a member of a Hectare by hectare cooperative group, you shall have easy access to cooperative loan through the cooperative.
  • As a member of the cooperative you shall be entitled to share of profits earned by the cooperative from transactions whithin the Hectare by Hectare value chain
  • As a member of the cooperative you shall be entitled to earn extra income from HBH buy and get paid initiative.
  • As a Farm to Home Agent, you shall be entitled to participate in bids and earn income from produce supply contracts advertised regularly on the hectare by hectare bid management platform.
  • As a farm to home agent, you shall be entitled to N1000 for every registered farm to home agent introduced by you and upon every renewal of the registration, you shall be entitled to 5% of the renewal fee.
  • You shall earn income by playing any, some or all the following roles: produce buyer/primary off-taker, distributor of fertilizers, pesticides and other farm inputs.
  • You shall be entitled to 5% of administrative fee payable on any transaction by any participant introduced to the programme by you.
  • Where you introduce proxy farmer for any farm estate, you shall be entitled to the agency fee payable by such proxy farmer less 10% administrative fee.
  • You shall be entitled to 20% of yearly service charge payable by any registered value partner introduced by you.

To continue participating as a Farm to Home agent, you must do the following:

  • Payment of N3,500.00 every 12 months as renewal fee for registration.
  • Introduce other farm to home agents.
  • Participate as an awareness volunteer in your community.
  • Render other volunteering services within your community.
